Chris Brown was charged with two felony counts last week in connection with his alleged assault on girlfriend Rihanna, the next question became "Will Rihanna testify in the case?”
When asked if the singer is cooperating with the district attorney's office, Rihanna lawyer Donald Etra told MTV News, "At this point, she is willing to do anything that the law requires her to do. ... If subpoenaed, she will testify." Asked to confirm reports that the couple have reunited since the alleged February 8 incident, Etra said now is "neither the time nor the place to discuss their relationship.”
Brown, 19, was charged with assault and making criminal threats, which, if convicted, could land him more than four years in state prison. "The DAs are facing an uphill battle now if Rihanna isn't cooperating," Los Angeles defense lawyer and former prosecutor Steve Sitkoff told People magazine on Friday (March 6) about the alleged victim in the case, who reportedly reunited with Brown last weekend at a home owned by Diddy in Miami. "At this point, her cooperation can make or break the case. But the DAs may not need her if Brown is willing to strike a plea deal.”

Experts told People that prosecutors will almost certainly subpoena Rihanna as a witness but that she cannot be threatened with jail time if she refuses to take the stand.
Loyola Law School professor Stan Goldman said the DA's case could be jeopardized if Rihanna refuses to testify because her statements to police can only be used against him if she agrees to testify. Brown did not enter a plea at his arraignment on Thursday, where his lawyer, Mark Geragos, asked for a continuance in the case, postponing the singer's arraignment until April 6.
While Etra said Rihanna did not request a "no-contact" order, which would prevent Brown from talking to or spending time with her, the judge in the case did order Brown not to "annoy, harass, molest, threaten or use force or violence against anyone," which Etra said Rihanna thought was sufficient. He explained that the judge's order does not prevent the couple from having contact and that it will stay in place until either Brown or Rihanna challenges it.

Chris Brown is a dog and Rihanna is stupid for letting him off. This will not turn-out well... however, it will not stop me from downloading there music at ares music downloads! :-) sweet.

Today was one of those few days where we were jammin to something from Ares Downloads. We spent the day out in the boonies were everyones radio was tuned to The Race. The Indianapolis 500! That's about all -- back to my ares downloads.

I believe the issue with these two is that they are just oh so young had have had a lot of huge success and not enough life experiences to deal with everything. I am sure they will be ok and continue to make good music for us to use Ares music downloads!

I would love for everyone to have the same Ares experience as me. I did something that I thought might be a waste of time last night, I stayed up and created a “shooting” Ares sound track for my Fourth of July outing. I did not think or know if I would be able to hear my Ares music but it worked perfectly. We went out into the country with tons of ammo and lots and lots of guns and I had my iPod and my special Ares shooting playlist. True the guns were very loud, but I used my iPod speakers as ear plugs and with ear protectors drowning out the blasts is all I heard all day was wonderful Ares songs! True a day of shooting with no Ares music would still be great, but why not make a great day a perfectly great Ares day !? I have not been shooting in about 4 years because I can never find the time. Please do not just focus on the day to day routine stuff, give yourself a treat, create a special Ares playlist just for you and go do what you want to do. Your friends, family and employer will appreciate you more if you appreciate yourself and don’t forget to include your personal Ares List. Today was an awesome Ares day.
ReplyDeleteRecording companies are throwing up their arms about the sharing of music. They say it is killing the industry but I think the real reason is the stupid music they put out. My friends and I have been using a p2p network to share our music for quite a while now. We found a free ares download and immediately started using it. We use it to share bands that we have heard and want our other friends to know about. It has not kept me from going out and buying a good album when I hear it. Apparently, not everyone feels the same about music sharing.
ReplyDeleteThey seem like they are going to outlast any other companies that are around. Sharing music has become quite the phenomena over the past decade. There have been some big name companies that have come and gone and others that are hanging on for dear life. One of the few that has not is still releasing new versions of the Ares download. They continue to update the program with new features and seem to have little trouble getting shut down. They are structured in a different way than companies that have been shut down and this has something to do with it.
ReplyDeleteIt gives my dancers a chance to show off all of their dancing talents. I am going to bring each one of my girls in this year and let them pick their own recital music from this site. It will let them feel like they had a say in their performance. I am a dance teacher who is very well known to this area for my synchronized dance moves to the beautiful music I choose. I get all of my music mixtures from a site called Ares music download. They have the perfect pieces for my dancers. The way the music can go from fast to slow to fast again.
ReplyDeleteHe guided me to the website, and told me to read all about it so I could feel at ease about it. I did read all about it, and afterwards, I got my free download. I began downloading games (I love to play games) within a few minutes. I am sharing and downloading files again on a quality network. A few years ago, I put a halt to all my file sharing and downloading on the P2P network I was using. I was afraid of the legal issues and I had been getting so many corrupt files and malware on my computer that I was ready to give it up. A good friend told me about ares ultra, and I was skeptical.

I know a lot of you probably are. Well get with the program and start using ares downloads. You'll be able to download files for free and faster then any other downloads around. I download several things a day and have never had a single problem with anything I was downloading. I'm thankful for being introduced to this new option that is available, and I am telling all of my friends and family.
ReplyDeleteThey are the ones who offer unlimited music downloads. If you have the type of IPod where you can download videos then you can even download and put on your IPod. They are a very great site, and everyone should visit and see if it is what they are looking for. There is something that I used to always want. The only reason I never bought one because I was really never sure how you work it or put music on it. Well I finally caved in an bought an iPod. I then followed the directions to putting music on it. One great place to download tons of songs is Ares.
ReplyDeleteBut I am having a problem with it taking up too much space on my hard drive. There are so many artists that I haven't even listened to yet. And there are plenty of artists that I don't care to ever listen to again. It is sort of sad really. But that is one thing that I love about our society, is that you can get anything that you want almost instantly. I think that it is about time that I update my music library. I have been using Ares music now for quite a while now, and I have gained so much music.

In fact, I use nothing else but this software for all the music files I want to download and share. If you are using another software with these capabilities, then you should try out this one to compare it to what you are currently using. Once you do, you will find that it is awesome. It works fast and it gives you the results you are seeking. Who doesn't like dependability and efficiency?
ReplyDeleteAn Internet search turned up a site called Ares where I could download music and movies or burn CD's. That meant I could eliminate three services and just use the one site. My family actually loves the idea that everyone can find what they want in one place and the savings were nice, too. In these tough economic times I think it is important to take a hard look at the budget, which is what I did. I found that my family was spending a lot of money on entertainment, so I looked for a way to give everyone what they wanted but still save money.

Well if you know a lot of people that are going online to those websites to download songs, you should ask them what site they are using. If they are using Ares then they are more then likely satisfied. If they are using anything else then maybe they should look into the one mentioned about. There are many reasons to switch. I mean come on, they have great speed when it comes to downloading, they have many games and songs.
ReplyDeleteI bought my two teenagers iPods because they just wouldn't stop begging for them. I didn't mind buying them, but I wasn't aware of the fact that I was going to have to pay for every single music file they downloaded. The first day they had them they asked if they could download some music and I gave them my credit card. I have no idea they were enrolling in a membership site. Needless to say, that stopped in a hurry. They were devastated, but started looking for other options. When the found the Ares program we were all thrilled.
ReplyDeleteCd's or audio books can be downloaded as long as they are not for commercial use. Beware of audio books because a lot of space is necessary to burn them to a CD. Furthermore, sometimes it is not possible to burn an audio book. Nevertheless, it may be necessary to have more than one CD to burn to. These book files can be large, yet Ares performs this type of job in addition to other downloading jobs. Learn all about how to burn audio books before trying it. Patience is a virtue especially in this area of file sharing. Burning Cd's can be fun if you know what you are doing.

ReplyDeleteI had never gotten music from the Internet before but had given up finding what I was looking for in the stores where I live. After a friend of mine suggested that I try Ares I reluctantly went there to give it a try. My earlier feelings of being threatened by the complexity of on line services quickly went away. It was fast and it was easy. In just a few minutes I was not only finding the songs I had been looking for, but I was also downloading them to my computer. From there it was a simple matter to put them on my MP3 player when I needed them.
ReplyDeleteThis movie is so scary. The title is scary. The music is scary. I hate it when everything gets so quiet and then "boom" someone jumps out from behind a tree. The quality of the movie is so good. The picture just seems so crisp. This movie came from Ares Descargar Musica. I think this is great. I get to watch a movie at home and I can pause it at anytime. I don't have to worry about the long lines. I don't have to worry about someone standing in front of the screen. I love this and I think I will do this all the time.
ReplyDeleteMy husband loves making cd's to listen to in the car when he is going to work. He has a long commute and does not like the disc jockeys that are on the radio when he is in the car. He downloads a lot of inspirational and peppy songs off of Ares so that he can get in a good mood and look forward to work. It helps to get in a good mood about something that you do not really care for if you have something really great to listen to. I am glad that he has a good time on the way to work.
